Refund policy

IOR scopes are an exclusive product, manufactured in limited quantities, for this reason it is quite difficult to offer enough products for display so that each of you has the opportunity to see the product before buying.. For this reason we have designed the V.I.E.W. policy, so you can visually check the products if they meet your requirements and needs with the possibility of return. Returned products must be new, unused, undamaged and in their original undamaged packaging. Only products purchased directly from Murea Inc are eligible for the 15 day V.I.E.W. policy, View Inspect Examine Watch policy. Returned products must have a maximum shipping date of 15 days from confirmation of delivery to the buyer. Returned products must be new, unused, undamaged and in their original undamaged packaging and accompanied by the products offered free of charge with the returned product (Rings/Mounts/Others). Neither the product nor its accessories must show signs of use. The packaging must not be worn or damaged. Damage to the product or packaging during the return process due to improper packaging will define the product as used. All accessories must be returned new, unused and undamaged with the product. Scopes cannot be mounted on a rifle and returned. Mounted scopes will show ring marks and ring marks will identify the product as used. Other identifying factors indicating use include scratches, dirt, accessory use, scope ring marks, and dirt or debris in mechanical parts (e.g., eye cups, focus rings, and scope turrets). Unpacking and repacking of the product and visual signs of a basic touch and feel evaluation (e.g. fingerprints, unpacked accessories) do not constitute use.

Tier One products benefits from the same policy, V.I.E.W. as the IOR scopes so you can see the product just like in a classic retail store. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a emailing same day or next business day, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 


Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
